4. What is diplomatic service?

A diplomatic service is a service rendered to a locations which is normally not in the Routine location list .Delivery can be made to these locations through special couriers at extra costs and feasibility.

5. What are the conditions of carriage ?

The organization receives all consignments and parcels as bona-fide i.e. as per the declaration given by the consignor .In the event of any wrong declaration or contents found to be not corresponding to the declaration, the consequences arising of such a situation shall be the sole responsibility of the consignor only. The levies, taxes, penalties imposed (if any) as per the law of the land shall be binding on the consignor.

6. When can there be a delay in delivery?

Though all care is taken to ensure delivery of the consignment as per the time stated, due to circumstances which are beyond the control of the company, there can be delays or no deliveries. These happen during times of riots, bandhs, strikes by transporters (air, surface), flood ,heavy rains curfew ,earth quake or any act of GOD. In such cases no claims shall be entertained by the firm. regarding loss or damage to consignment.
